Removes character limits from all messages made by selected usergroups.

When this hack is enabled, users with char limit exclusion get an error when trying to edit social groups (says max number of chars is 0).

To fix it, I changed the last option value in the plugin from 0 to just some huge number, like 10000.

Sorry for double posting. I would just like to thanks Psionic Vision from the bottom of my heart for making so many quality hacks and supporting vB3.x

I downloaded this and I received an email asking to click install if I install it.
But I will install this only when there is a version with char + image limit.
So for now I am not installing this.
