news on diffrent page

How can i make it like this

i have two domains , one got a fully functional vb forum

one is empty
now i like it to be that i have for example news ported to my other domain
but only news ,not the normal messages
i have one categorie that is mods only and only for news storys
so that my news portal is showing on a html side
