VB Admin Menu, Expand and Save Not working
And same on the forum manager they just not saving (allways Collapse)
Costing me Loads of time anyone any idea why its not saving

Try reinstalling all the default files into your admin cp directory.

If you have all default files, and disabled plugins, then probably the best thing to do is put in a support ticket.
