1 member can't get into the site

Hey,

I have a member who cannot get into the site, we did move to a new host today, and as far as I know she is the only member having this problem, she is seeing the offline message and when she logs in she is still seeing this. I told her to clear her cookies and cache, and she is still seeing it... Is this something on her end, or something that we might have done wrong? Like I said, as far as I can tell, she is the only member seeing this.

Melly it is most likely a dns update problem, when you change your nameservers the change has to propogate through the web. Some ISPs are slower than others at updating and for some people it just takes a bit longer. The whole proccess usually takes 24 hours.

Its been 4 days since the DNS was changed. We just finished moving yesterday though all the files that is.

I have a ton of members complaining about it today.

Ummm, ok a member of mine was on last night and posting fine, now he can't get on at all, and nothing has changed.

try having them power cycle their network equipment after doing a ipconfig /dnsflush from command line if on windows

We figured it out, it was more then just her who couldn't get in, and what had happen was our old host did not delete the dns off there server. So it was still pointing there and to new host, so it was going both places.
