i don't want my vb board to log ip's.

I am a owner of a vbulletin board, and because of some security error's i don't want my board to log ip's, I have disable the logging of iper's when users are posting, but the board is still logging ip's users registry ip.
If possible i want all ip's to be 192.0.0.1
