Member Map for 3.8

Is there a working Google member map for 3.8?
I searched through the forums most of them need tons of edits.

I found the one that does the last 100 visitors. I was looking for one that has its own page and users can sign it.

Any Ideas.

The one in the 3.5 section works fine with 3.8 :)
