Linkable or embedable time zone converter

I need either some embedable code or a linkable site where I can specify a specific date and time and my time zone and then anyone else can either dropdown a box or click on a link and see that time translated into the time zone of their choice. I don't need features beyond that (in fact I'd prefer none).

Does anyone know of such a thing?
