Well what's up? Also if it is a serious issue you may want to create a support ticket at http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_contactform.php include admin passwords and FTP access in the "Sensitive Data" section.

Some1 had access to my admin accounts and now they have access to my super admin account. I noticed this when my control panel logs were wiped off. Before this they had went into the subscription section and changed paypal address. I have changed all my root, WHM, cPanel, database, ftp passwords. How can I find out how they are getting into my accounts? Is this a malicious code?
Your answering your own question,you've locked the front door but left the backdoor open..Ftp security back door logins..

consider allowing cpanel/whm ports to only ur IP address if know one else needs to access it
u can do this with iptables

I have denied access to all IPs ( via htaccess ) except for mine. Does this work 100%?

Did this person ever have ftp access?
