Why it shows offline when I am online?

Hi Guys,

I am not sure what is wrong.. I am using vB 3.8.x and whenever I or other users are online ... it shows Offline all the time? I have no idea why it is doing it..

any idea to fix this...? or why it is happening?

You mean to say your name doesnot appear in online user list or the icon next to your name in postbit says offline?
