What mods are used to power the mod section?

I'm curious what mods are used in the mod forums. I want to set up a vBulletin site to list various mods in the same manner. These mods are for a different script, and are not vBulletin mods.

Anubody know? I can't figure it out. Are they released mods?

No they are not released. These are completely customized for vBulletin.org. They will not be for release as far as I know. You may find a "Modifications" mod here:
