Multiple IP's for Admin

I just searched a new members IP to see if its an AE. And Admin comes up with the same IP. Then I clicked Find other IPs for Admin and about 70 differnet IP's show up. What is going on???

What's wrong with that? I'd hate to see the list of IPs that would come up if a Mod searched for mine. Some people have dynamic IPs (like me).

But it shows I have the same IP as half the board. My MODs are accusing me of creating a boat load of AE's

The majority of Internet users are on DHCP at this point. Not enough IP addresses to go around for static IPs.
