Header & Footer Help

I need some help with my style i want to change www.clan-sip.com to this http://clan-sip.com/index.php?styleid=34 but i'm having problems with the header and footer, the header is slighty off ( i know the banner is too small at the moment) and the footer is completly off, and i'm not sure how to go about doing it, to get it like www.clan-sip.com someone was kind enough on vbulletin.org to do it for me, but most of my users perfer it the width of http://clan-sip.com/index.php?styleid=34 so i'm trying to change it, if someone could either tell me what to do, or be kind enough to help me, id be forever greatful. thank you.

You might be able to change it... I'm not sure because both looked the same to me however I'm @ work on a shrunken screen so that might be why... I bet you have a fluid & fixed dilemma... You can always view your styles via admincp --> styles manager

Now select the style and most times the width is set in the header template OR sometimes defined by going to, the same Style Manager then select the style, then select main css and browse to the very bottom.

See if you can tinker and figure it out, if not reply back and I might have time to fix later this week :D.
