That just looks like a Shoutbox or Chatbox. It doesn't look like statistics at all.

Then are they recent posts? They definitely do NOT look like statistics. Statistics are numbers like Total Posts xxxx Total Threads xxxx <- those are statistics.

I don't know what mod that is. It's looks like it may be ajax, so maybe search on that term. Have you thought of just asking the admin at that site?

I don't really have any idea what mod it is. There are a few mods that will show recent posts via ajax, but none look exactly like that you posted. You could take one and modify it to look like how you want, I suppose.
