Question about Chat add-ons

Do a search on "chat*" in "all mods" "titles only" and you'll find several chat mods. Go look at the first post in each thread and you should see a list of the features and see if that is what you are looking for.

you might be able to do it using the usergroups permissions if there is nothing bespoke
