Block Private Messages from a certain user?

Does anybody know if they have a mod that does this? Say for instance that a user wants to block a certain user name on the message board from sending him or her private messages. Is this available anywhere?

Besides using the ignore feature?

So if you put a user on ignore, I know it will ignore posts from that user, but will it also ignore Private Messages from the user also?

I am using thie Admin Permission Override mod, it's been dragged all the way from 3.5 on a forum I took over the tech managemet of. I have disabled each time I upgraded, exported after the upgrade from the new version and reinstalled. It's now working on 3.8.2 on 2 sites and does a very good job.
