Change Post Font Size & Color

Hi,

Can someone tell me exactly how to change the font color & size inside posts? I was told to check in the main.css but it was very confusing as to witch property to change & i dont want to mess up the entire forum.

Depending on the style it might be in body, alt1 or alt2 class.
