Database Error.

Database error in vBulletin :

mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
/home/mkcraig/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 311
I get a database error when viewing my forum, might have been something i did, but not quite sure what.. I replaced the class_core.php, but that had no affect.

Help please?
