admin cp error ?

get this message in the acp :

Fatal Error Could not open /home/vhosts/www.***eu/httpdocs/forum/includes/xml/cpnav_vbulletin.xml

any fix ?

Check that directory to see if the file exists. If it doesn't, upload it.

it is i have replaced the orginal vb file and not fixed :(

Does the file have the correct permissions (should be same as the others) and are they from the same version?
