user notes

i was wondering
is there a way to make some kinda user note
in a user's profile in admin panel
so it will only be seen by admins

( i do not mean do user note in the forum itself )

Not using the default vB software, no. Have you tried doing any sort of search? I really don't know if there is something like what you want, but you could try a search on "note*" or "admin*" in "all mods" "titles only" and see what shows up.
