How do I allow users to edit threads? Can't find it anywhere!

Should be in Usergroups > Usergroup Manager in your admincp

Could also be timing out.

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options

There are two options for thread edits. One for the Title and the other for the post itself.
