looking at pictures

I have a few users who pull up pictures in an attachment who say it takes about 15 secs or more to load. I have had a problem duplicating the issue. Has anyone had this problem? They say that they are not on dial up :confused:

Ask your friends/family/relatives to try loading that image as well, if possible.
