I don't know about the history of this site and how strongly it is connected to vbulletin's official site.
But clearly, there is a strong link and this is the official unofficial support forum for vbulletin.

I noticed that Lynne, a moderator of this site, has set her torrent filesharing site as homepage.
There are legitimate uses of bittorrents, but most of it is traded without regard to any copyright, including the torrents on said site.

The torrent site is not advertised. But setting it as homepage alone gives a bad example.
I urge the vbulletin.com and vbulletin.org staff to not allow such a connection between torrents and vbulletin.

I entirely agree to what lasto and dtv100 say, its lynne's homepage and she can put it in there if she wants. Whether she is a moderaqtor or not is beside the point. The last time i checked Bit Torrent in themselves were not illegal, therefor what you are suggesting is silly.

Lynne, like the rest of us, has bought a vbulletin board and what she chosses to do with it is her choice, if you dont agree with Bit Torrent, stay off her site, and other Bit Torrent sites also, Dont start a thread here claiming the moral highground!

Sorry, but members profile links (staff or otherwise) are not the subject for public debate. Closed.
