Is their a guide for my users about vbulletin forums? Some of my users have never used a forum before and I think their must be a guide for users somewhere on the internet. Can anyone help me?

Your site should have a FAQ on it by default.

The FAQ has a lot of it in there. What I've done on my site is also start a thread called "*mysite* Features" and I put short posts in there with images showing them how to do things. Whenever something new is added, or we do an upgrade, I put stuff in that thread that I think they may be interested in.
