The Smooth Red theme is in the modification graveyard, and was for 3.6.X. But I see a forum with 3.8.0 with that style. Is it still around? Where can I get it?

Most likely just kept upgrading the skin as the vB versions went up.

I haven't seen it. I just looked through all the 3.8.x styles here as well. They might've taken the time to update the style themselves.
