Category Bar help

Help in category bar..

i saw this at indiatalks.in (nice forum by the way )

may i know how to put a "forum" bar (or whatever do you call it) under every category..

Pls look at the attached image.

hi everyone.

I managed to put a forum bar under all categories.

BUT

The "last post" columns of the different categories, are not aligned.

How do i line them up.
