For some reason one of my members is unable to login to the site. They login with their information and keep getting the error as shown below. They have tried just clicking "Forums" however they still cannot get past this message. I searched the phrases and there is no phrase like this or similar.

Here is the phrase username_same_as_password:
Your password is the same as your username. This is no longer allowed.<br />
<br />
Please change your password using <a href="profile.php?{1}do=editpassword">this page</a>.
Enter that in your Phrase Manager (it is phrase type "Front-End Error Messages") and then they should see the message and click the link to change their password.

I have done this as you said. But just got the error message again. I tried to add the phrase again and I got this,
There is already a phrase named 'username_same_as_password'. You may not create duplicate names.

And what 'type' is the phrase that you added? It needs to be a specific type.

I really don't know what else to suggest. Perhaps put in a support ticket regarding this issue.
