Signature not showing full image

My signature doesn't show the full image:

This happens for all members, I've tied disabling global hooks and still it happens.

I've edited the user group so its 500x175 max but still it cuts of my 400x150 image in the sig ?

Why is that ?

If anyone could help that would be great.
