Change Who Created Topic

Hi, I've seen it before but I can't find it today. It's a mod which allows a moderator or admin to change who created a topic originally.

I've searched "Change", "Topic", "Change Membername"

and I come up with nothing. If anybody knows, please reply with the link. Thank you.

I really had to change this asap, so I searched through every page. I found it on page 12 of the 3.7 mods.
