will changing section/forum affecting or change my url which is already indexed by google?

for example, if I move a thread from forum A to forum B, will the url changed by doing so?

another example, if I move a forum from category A to category B, will the url changed by doing so?

If using default vbulletin, then the url will remain yoursite.com/showthread?t=xxxx no matter what forum the thread is in.
