Background colour

im new to vb so please be patient with me .

how do i change the colour of the forums background colour to say from black to ie grey or cream.

could some 1 point me in the right direction

ACP -> Styles & Templates -> Style manager -> Drop down menu to "Main CSS" -> Find what you want and change the color.

I'm no designer but that's where I'd start.
