Custom Forum Homepage

My forum is installed in a subdirectory.

I would like to do something about the domain indexpage.

Anyone know how to create a homepage like this?

That homepage looks custom. There are portals out there like vbadvanced.

Most of that is just design and filler content mixed with modifications to show the latest statistics, thread count, last post/thread, etc... Just browse around the modification area;

By the way, that's phpBB that they're using.
