I need something to help make a Members Photo Gallery..

Not VBGallery which is an image host. I need something that each member can upload a picture of themselves and they are all displayed together in one location as a gallery of photos of board members.

Searched all over and can't find anything like this because all searches lead to image hosting galleries.

You can do this with vBGallery. Check out the changes in 2.5 announced today:

To make it cleaner, you can turn off all of the date/views/dimensions/filesize/replies stuff.
