I am considering purchasing VbSeo. Right now I have Zoints SEO. I have not noticed an increase at all in traffic. I have also added other SEO features to my forum, but nothing has increased traffic. Does VbSEO really work?

VB SEO does as the name suggests and optimizes things about the site to make it easier and better indexed by search engines. It is not a magic tool to make your site get a bunch of traffic. You should google for some articles about exactly what SEO is.
