Which ways do you know, to help support your moderators? Are there vb-add-ons or software which integrates with vb, which helps moderators with their work?

Something which helps the moderators ...
- to work on projects (task forces)
- to guide them if they're having questions
- gives them possibilities to easy show their availability
- ...

we usually call this "team work"... there is no code that will help you manage your staff... you have to be in touch, in contact, have communication. if you do not want to do anything on your forum, hire someone who will do it.

Yes, team work can't be replaced. But you can have software which helps in the way your team work works ... efficient or not. ;)

To better describe:
We discuss about forums:
- which forums have moderators
- which forums don't have moderators and which members could be asked for it
- how is it going in each forum
- which forum needs attention because of few threads
- which forum needs attention because of bad members
- ...

We need something to organize that information.

We need a place where moderators can set green, yellow and red for their forums to alert others ...

Any idea?
