I'm having a big problem, i have 2 website names and i only use 1 forum, but my problem is that if i use website 1 and then use website 2 , i will be online in 1 and offline in the other
someone know how i might be able to fix this problem? :S

Two domains = two licenses, so be careful with this... Also the only way to be logged into both is with two different browsers.
ie: firefox on one and IE on the other.
p.s. why would you want to use two different domains?

Two domains = two licenses, is not true, since i only use 1 vbulletin
well i use to have a blog application , but i close it and just redirect the website to the vbulletin website

Yes it is true.... for each domain you must have a separate license... this has been covered several times. If you don't believe me then ask over at vbulletin.com and they will ensure you this is the case. :)

maybe he has one domain name forward to the domain that is hosting the 1 instance of vbulletin. I think he can do that with one license. otherwise thats like saying any site that refers to his site needs a license. Thats what I make of that...

Did you read the 'special cases' section of that link?
Your forum is accessable from multiple domains but the content is the same for each link. This is OK and does not require multiple licenses. My site is an example of a multi-domain setup that is allowed:
