Modification which logs user actions?

I'm looking for a mod which logs user actions (for example to be displayed in a table on forumhome for everyone to see) like:

15:33 - User1 made new thread question
17:46 - User 2 has replied to thread question

This Would be a Very Nice Mod; I was searching today but didn't Found an Existing Mod that Stores and Displays the Logs of the User Actions.

Perhaps I didn't searched well; is there an Existing Mod that does this? :confused:
