Private Message A Certain UserGroup

Is there a way to send a private message to all moderators at once, or for that matter any particular user group? I searched the 'mass send PM's' and I believe that's already built into 3.7

Any ideas?

I use Yet Another Mass Private Message System (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=141622) and it allows you to choose which usergroups receive it
