adding more users to an existing database

I need to import 8,000 members from an old site to a site containing 40,000 members, for a total of 48,000 members in a single database, how can I do this?

Download ImpEx from the members area at vbulletin.com ... if your database is compatible with vBulletin... after importing the users, stop the process if you do not want to import the forum content...
