Change google description

My site if finally recognized by google. However Id like to change what is seen when google finds my site. Where is google getting this information from. I assume its somewhere in my sites code somewhere. This is what shows in google. Id like to change that to something else. How do I do that.?

change the two elements on top...

after 2 or 3 visits from Google, your site description will be updated.

for the Powered by, search for that phrase, and edit it...

I changed the general settings awhile ago. I allready searched for the phrase and nothing comes up. Any other idea?

No one has any idea where google is pulling this from?
