Help Me Please

Hey , I Know how to upload skins to my server but when it comes to Full PSD's , which are the full page and you can edit the header there and everything instead of just the logo that comes with the PSD's , but where do i upload a Full PSD to so it will display as the skin aswell?

You cant just upload a PSD and magically transform it into a skin; you need to usually slice it (Depending on how customized) and then code.

Make sure you save the sliced image in the same format as the existing logo. So, if it's called logo.gif, you should export as a .gif and name it "logo." Then overwrite the old logo with the new one. :)
