some problems after changing server

hello

i still facing some problems after i changed server

when some one post and when i click on latest posts in top 5 stats it takes me back to my old name

like my old name iss www.creative-friends.com new is www.pakistanipoint.com

when ever i click on any new post it takes me to www.creative-friends.com

some one help please..

What latest posts in top 5 stats? That sounds like a modification and if so, you need to ask this question in the modification thread because it's probably something set up there.

no its not modification
even though i tried to install new mod but still...

and cant even see no attachments
dont now whats wrong with my forum now.....im so upset about it.

Then what top 5 stats are you talking about?

As for attachments, make sure the path is correct under Attachment Manager in your Admin CP.

i think this is happening coz all of them threads were created in www.creative-friends.com and now all of them on www.pakistanipoint.com when some one reply on them and obvisoly it comes in latest post in top5 stats then when i click on them it takes me to my www.creative-friends.com for example www.creative-friends.com/somethread.php....

Can I see an actual real example of what is going on? I have no idea what top5 stats you are talking about. I can't help at all if I can't see what is going on.

I did and I didn't see any Top 5 Stats.

Have you tried running any of the maintenance on your site - rebuild thread info or rebuild forum info?

Did you change the forum info in vboptions > site name/url/etc ? And, I made a suggestion regarding your attachments, did you fix the path?

now this thing is fine

i changed the url thing

but now im just worried about attachment i tried to import attachment table in phpadmin alottttttt of time but still cant see no attachment.

I don't think the url thing is fixed. This is what I see when I go to your site:

So you store your attachments in the database, not the file system? And you haven't yet imported the attachment table? How big is it? How long have you been trying to import it for?

the url is fixed now
and attachment is about 16MB how shall i import it to my database now??

Why was the attachment table not imported with the rest of the database? I would guess you would just import it like you did the database. 16MB is not that large.

it is imported but wen i export the 1st attachment table it was in kbs and in my data base i cant import more than 8MB...

I don't know what to tell you about that. I suppose you can ask your host to import it for you.

i imported 16MB but on data base its 8MB why is that???
