Try this:
Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
SaveThen set this as the default and go and try to register on your site. Does anything show then?
(Do images show under Human Verification Manager > Image Verification Library for both GD and Imagemagick?)

So, if you select Image Verification and GD in the Image Verification Library (which shows an image, right?) and then use the default style and try to register, do you see anything?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
Don't forget that for vbseo, disabling the modification means to also get rid of anything extra you added to your htaccess file.

What happens if you set it to Question and Answer Verification (no images involved)? Do you get anything then?
kyrenator

there are no fields! there is only a regular registration without image verification!

And this is on the vbulletin default style and with all your plugins off? If so, then perhaps it is time to put in a Support Ticket.
