Usercontrol Panel not as a drop down?

i guess this is just a little thing and i know there is a setting somewhere but by heart i cannot find - can someone point me there?

i want my usercp to be open on the usercp.php but it?s a drop down menu.

What you are showing is the default. If yours doesn't look like that then you have added a modification or modified the style in some way.
