Is that a plugin or a vB setting?

They're normally up at the top in italics/small font, says somethin like "posted from my blackberry pearl on opera mini" or some junk like that. It detects the user agent and puts that on top of posts

It's a modification (I think there are a couple different ones). You can probably search "mobile" in "all mods" "titles only" and find it.
