Please help ASAP Soft delete only

Hello everyone,

Can someone please tell me how to only allow my "Moderators" in the "Moderator" group to only soft delete posts / threads?

I want to do this so I can see what they are doing, are there any other settings I should allow them only to do soft? Like what happens if they soft move a post out of a thread? What happens to that persons post? Is it just cleared with a note saying that it's been moved? Or is it impossible to soft move posts?

And also why does it only show Super Moderators and Administrators when I click "Show All Moderators" under the Forums & Moderators tab?

Can I not edit these permissions for simple moderators?

I mean it has an area that says "

Moderators
There are no assigned moderators.

"

But I moved the user to the "Moderators" user group, so doesn't that make him a moderator?
