Users getting their profiles mixed up

The post above that actually is another guy. In fact, I linked to it over the forumindex by way of newest post and it showed up that he had posted it!

There's more. He sent a PM to me and it showed up as if I had sent a PM to myself. He sent a PM to him and it showed up in my inbox. But there's more!

I log myself out and look at "who's online" and it shows up a guy called "unregistered". The link there goes to my profile. WTFHAX?

Try running Fix Broken Profiles and other relevant maintenance/counter tools.

What have you done so far to troubleshoot/fix this?

Fixed tables, undid everything I've done since this started happening. (a plugin, plus template edits which added AdsDaq to the site...)

Almost sounds like your userids got messed up something fierce. Try running all of the update counter tools relating to usernames as well as the one Veenu suggested.
