If possible, can you add a new forum that will have feeds posted to it from the vBulletin.com Dev Blogs, like the vB Announcements feed?

why not just visit vbulletin.com ?! you're visiting it anyway...

already the announcements are a bit useless as they are not related to this site itself...

my 2ยข... too much stuff here! *(more stuff about the site itself would be great though)

I made the suggestion because, there are a lot more people who visit here rather than vB.com, and this is information they should know about the new version.

i like that culture of laziness... when you need something, make the effort to find it. you at the opposite, too generous for the others, you are a healthy wealthy guy... people have to do like you, move their feet and fingers to find what they need.

I like the idea... It does pertain to VBulletin so it couldn't hurt...

Sometimes though, things go over peoples heads... call it overlooking, brain fart, or they don't know what to type in the search box etc.

I like you nex and your quite well spoken and intelligent but tact for the love of, tact I keep posting all over these forums to other twats (not directed @ you cause your "ok" :p) but hopefully you read between the lines on this as I know you will.

I agree with nexy (not something I want to make a habit of) there's too much stuff being pulled from .com. The focus on content should be pulled off related to this site, the communities content, projects in the making by the staff here not .com boring blogs.

Regardless of whether you visit .com it only takes a moment to register an account and read the development blogs.

Don't you have to have an account there to have an account here? :D

I'm telling you...we, as a people really are getting even more lazy if we can't even surf on the interwebs as much anymore and have to get everything pulled to one site. Is .com to far away to travel or something? :erm:

No, just an email listed in Priority Forum Support in the Member's Area, it's not required to have an account at vB.com's forums.

Seems like the information about coding changes etc would be important for the community about modifications.

not sure... for the last 7 years this site always released products/hacks for the Up-Date version of vBulletin, never for betas or even RC... we always waited to have the official release before opening a new forum for new version...

so why being ahead of something we can not even see on the site?

Can one ever learn too much?

it's not about learning AT ALL...

if you are too lazy to visit the official site for these news, you worth no effort from the staff to act on your side...

some people think they can ask about anything to anybody just because they have the idea of asking... does it worth enough to be put in the balance of decisions?... most of the time, no... this request is just a good example.

There is nothing wrong with the idea, not everyone visits both sites all the while. I dont visit vb.com very often, and it has nothing to do with lazyness

no, maybe, but when you want to read the Dev News, you make the clicks to go read there... you do not come on vb.org to read these news...

anyway, nevermind.

I tend to agree with Paul here, personally.
