Gallery issue - some members cant see albums

Ok here's my issue , I have a forum that's using the built in gallery with 2 add ons.

now i can see the albums just fine from my admin account , that's what makes this so weird. I have place a ticket with vb.com but they cant help me since removing every plug in from my forum isn't an option.

Now i have 3 members so far that have reported that they can't see certain members gallery. As well as thumbnails from gallerys posted in threads to show the pics.

when they click on the image (no thumbnail is there) they get this response

Invalid Album specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

so my question is , what and how can i fix this. I really rely on the gallery to be working correctly. Here is the forum

its the regular gallery that im sure comes with the vbulletin. I didn't add it so here it is

this is the users album no regular member can see

but i can see it no problem in my admin account.

Did the owner of the album select Private? If so, only those in his contact list and staff members will be able to see the album.

it doesn't say private at all. I see other albums that do say that but since im the admin i see a notice that gives that.

But if he does have it set to private , how can i change that? there isnt anywhere in the admincp to manage them albums.
edit: nevermind , i found it and it was public.

Go into the album itself. Select "Edit". There should be an option to change it from Private to Public. However, I would check with the owner before doing that.

yea i did that. it was public

look for Hydro-Soil albums. His are the ones every reg member cant see. But if you click any other members album , you can see it fine. But when im logged in as the admin , i can see his album with no problem.

Can't see it.. Which led me to believe it was a private album.

You are using some sort of seo to change the name of the image link. My guess is that is your problem.
