Threads not showing up?

A member brought this issue to the table and so far no one else has admitted having this issue. I asked her to clear cookies and such but didn't seem to help. I have no idea what else she should do. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

When I go to a specific board, it doesn't show me any threads on that board.

Like I was looking at the Debate board and only saw the sticky threads and nothing else.

So how do I read older threads, if I can't see them?

Tell her to look at the Display Options box at the bottom of the forum and make sure she doesn't have it set to something like only showing threads from the last day.
