I need a "Commerce Add-on - module" from one of your forum posters. I am a licensed member on vBulletin.com. I have followed the procedures to become a licensed member here, but have been unsuccessful. I get no errors following the procedures, but when I return to the site, I am still considered "unlicensed".
Please help me.

Make sure you follow all the steps below *exactly*. One of the most common mistakes is the one regarding the email which I have highlighted.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

You can do this at the page linked above for your distributor. Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status.
The update of your account can take up to one hour.

You are now showing as licensed. My guess is that you did not heed the bit that says "the update may take up to one hour".
